Please review the terms and conditions of service carefully prior to completing your purchase.
1. Price and issuance of digital vouchers
Every purchase of a digital voucher constitutes a reservation of service rights only.
Customers are required to complete booking and activation through the LOF Member system prior to use.
1.1 LOF Xperience Pass
Price: 345 THB / Pass
(Valid for 1 person per pass, children under 120 cm. – No Charge)
The Company will issue the LOF Xperience Pass in the form of a digital voucher via the LOF Member system upon successful payment confirmation through QR Code or other authorized payment channels.
2. Reservation of rights and ticket activation
2.1 Reservation of rights
Upon successful payment, users must access “My Digital Voucher” and select “Booking” to reserve the preferred service date, then confirm the booking.
2.2 Ticket activation
Users must activate the voucher via “Voucher Detail” → “Activate Now” before use.
The QR Code will remain valid for 30 minutes after activation.
Activation should only be performed when ready to redeem.

3. Characteristics / usage of digital vouchers
3.1 LOF Xperience Pass
3.1.1 Usage Rights
The LOF Xperience Pass grants access to selected experiences and participating areas within LOF LAND, subject to Company conditions.
3.1.2 Validity Period
The pass is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
3.1.3 Redemption & Usage
The pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.1.4 Privileges
Pass holders are entitled to additional benefits, including complimentary items and exclusive services at participating venues (e.g. Cliff Cup Cafe), subject to availability and Company policies.
4. Change of service access details
Digital vouchers may be rescheduled by notifying the Company at least 48 hours in advance via Call Center: 061-038-2255
5. Payment
Upon successful payment, the digital voucher will appear under “My Digital Voucher”.
